As I write this, we are all coming to grips with the Covid-19 virus crisis. While we are all adapting to stay-at-home orders (or recommendations), I wanted to provide a suggestion of something you can do at home to work on your game.
This simple drill will enable you to work on the following key fundamentals:
- Keeping your paddle up and in front of you;
- Making contact with the ball in front of you; and
- Engaging your non-dominant hand and shoulder.
If you live in an apartment, and your neighbor doesn’t play pickleball, you can practice by having another person simply toss you the ball.
