As we continue to adhere to stay at home and other physical distancing orders, we also continue to exercise at home.

This week’s exercise again works on body rotation which is the key if you want to add power to your game. Last week we focused on rotation while moving from high to low. This week, we add an exercise band so we can add resistance to our arms and shoulders. Done properly this exercise will also really exercise your core.
