Pickleball Goals

Goals are such an important factor in improving your game as well as yourself. So New Years is a great way to set some resolution goals. So I wnat to share with you a few of mine.

I think it’s a little cliche but still important, health! I have been working on my personal health this last year and I intend to start off well in 2020. As I get older my body gives me troubles so eating less inflamatory food helps a little. I’ve been cutting out red meat, diary and cutting down my gluten. It’s tough but I do feel better.

Enjoy myself on the court
Be healthier so I can last on and off the court
