Pickleball Goals

Goals are such an important factor in improving your game as well as yourself. So New Years is a great way to set some resolution goals. So I wnat to share with you a few of mine.

I think it’s a little cliche but still important, health! I have been working on my personal health this last year and I intend to start off well in 2020. As I get older my body gives me troubles so eating less inflamatory food helps a little. I’ve been cutting out red meat, diary and cutting down my gluten. It’s tough but I do feel better.

The way that I travel and work doesn’t always make eating right easy nor my fitness. But I want to make sure I put my own personal health first next year.

I often sacrifice my own sanity and work too much and not sleep enough.

Now my Pickleball goals start with probably enjoying myself as much as I can on court. Burn out can be an issue and I won’t lie I have felt there many times. My goal is to get on the court and enjoy myself. When I enjoy myself I play better. To do this I have to prep correctly for tournaments. I am going to make
Sure I am rested and eating probably before events.

There are certain specific goals I have for my game but to make some overall resolutions for myself.
Enjoy myself on the court
Be healthier so I can last on and off the court
