Pickleball Knee Exercises

I have had some knee challenges over the years, and flare-ups occur from time to time. So this week permit me to show you what knee exercises I am doing right now.

Bosu Ball

I have had many readers ask me for pickleball exercises that you can do with a Bosu Ball. The original Bosu Ball retails for over $100…however there are similar products for considerably less. As a last resort, if you want to try the exercises shown below but don’t have either…then you could consider using a very sturdy sofa cushion. Of course, safety is important. So when starting, please position yourself next to a countertop so you can use your hands in case you begin to lose your balance.

Of course, you don’t have to have an injury to do these exercises. Our knees get quite a workout when we are playing pickleball. So consider including these knee exercises into your routine exercise program.
