Even though there will be some relaxation of stay at home orders over the next few weeks, washing our hands frequently will likely become part of the new normal. And we can always continue to exercise at home.

I have posted some additional videos on Facebook. And some let me know that they found the exercises too challenging. It’s true, lunges can be challenging…so here is a suggestion for how you can work up to more intense exercises.

Please, take your time when you are doing any exercise. Maintaining balance is far more important than speed!
